Description

Liquid nitrile butadiene rubber is a low-molecular-weight liquid copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It offers excellent compatibility with nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, acrylic rubber, chloroprene rubber and other elastomers. LNBR is widely used as a softener, plasticizer and toughening agent in rubber products, PVC, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, SBS and ABS. It improves processability, flexibility, impact resistance, oil resistance, ageing resistance and low-temperature performance while reducing plasticizer migration. Typical applications include rubber rollers, seals, hoses, wire and cable compounds, conveyor belts, footwear, gloves, adhesives and sealants.
