Description

NBR/PVC rubber-plastic alloy is produced by blending nitrile rubber and PVC under controlled formulation and processing conditions. It combines the flexibility of rubber with the strength and processability of plastic. The material offers excellent resistance to oil, solvents, abrasion, tearing, ozone, weathering and heat ageing, together with good mechanical properties. It is widely used in oil- and ageing-resistant products, including rubber rollers, hoses, sheets, conveyor belts, wire and cable compounds, molded products and foam materials.
